The Spray Patcher is an asphalt patching machine capable of making effective and permanent asphalt repairs for all type of road condition. Its design allows the machine to transport aggregate mix and hot bitumen emulsion at controlled temperature.
The Patcher, when properly utilized, will reduce the cost and increase the efficiency in road maintenance plans.
WORK STEPS
1. Cleaning of the working area with compressed air and laying of a first layer of modified bitumen emulsion to completely join the patch with the existing pavement |

2. Laying of aggregate mix and modified bitumen emulsion in sequence, in order to fill the pothole/rutting and create the patch |

3. Finishing of the patch with a vibratory plate compactor |
